Program Name and Description

Mt Lebanon Youth Wrestling Text Alerts

Our text messaging program provides participants, parents, and supporters with important updates about our youth wrestling organization, including:

Message and Data Rates

  • You are encouraged to maintain appropriate health insurance coverage

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, materials, and communications (including logos, photos, and text) are the property of Mt Lebanon Youth Wrestling Association or used with permission. You may not use our intellectual property without written consent.

Photography and Media Release

By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, and testimonials featuring you or your child for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

Code of Conduct

All participants, parents, and supporters are expected to:

  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect

  • Support a positive, inclusive environment

  • Follow USA Wrestling and organizational rules

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior

  • Report concerns to coaches or administrators promptly

Violations may result in removal from programs or events.

Payment Terms

  • Registration fees and dues are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Payment is due at the time of registration unless payment plans are arranged

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension from activities

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For material changes to our text messaging program terms, we will notify subscribers via text message.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these Terms

  • Discontinue our text messaging program with reasonable notice

  • Remove participants from programs for safety or behavioral concerns

Governing Law
